About the role
As the Family Discipleship Pastor, you will be the driving force behind our youth ministry, providing visionary
leadership and oversight for discipleship from birth through 12th grade. You will enhance our youth ministry,
uplift children’s ministry volunteers, empower parents, and work alongside the senior pastor to guide the
church's mission.
Your responsibilities will include biblical teaching, relational mentoring, volunteer development, fostering
partnerships with parents, and contributing to the broader pastoral ministry.
