We are looking for a Youth Pastor who is ready to step in, lead, and pour his life into the next generation of believers a man who loves Christ, holds fast to the Scriptures, believes deeply in the local church, and wants to spend his days doing what matters most: teaching the Bible, building relationships, and discipling young people toward a lifetime of faithfulness.


This role is built for someone early in ministry someone who is hungry to grow, eager to be mentored, and ready to do real pastoral work in a real church with real students.

What You'll Actually Do

As Youth Pastor, you will be the primary leader of student ministry at FBC Clearwater. That means you’ll teach the Bible week in and week out, build genuine relationships with students, walk alongside them personally, lead gatherings and events, and work closely with parents. You won’t just be running programs you’ll be doing pastoral ministry, helping students connect their faith to every part of their lives and to the broader church family.



You’ll also help recruit and develop volunteers and serve alongside the Senior Pastor in the broader life of the church gaining firsthand experience in pastoral leadership beyond student ministry.

  • Ability to teach Scripture clearly and faithfully

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Bible college is the baseline if you’re a recent grad with a call on your life and a love for students, we want to hear from you. Seminary training is a plus, but not a prerequisite.


Compensation and Benefits — Here’s the Full Picture

  • $2,500 per month salary plus $500 per month scholarship support toward a Master’s degree through an SBC online seminary for qualified Bible college graduates
  • $3,000 per month salary for candidates who already hold a seminary degree
  • A church-provided two-bedroom home with all utilities covered
  • Pastoral mentoring from the Senior Pastor and hands-on ministry experience that will shape you for a lifetime of ministry
